The Red Meter is most often used in place of nuclear density gauges, and in applications where a Coriolis meter is not viable.
Red Meters can be used on a wide variety of applications and processes with newfound flexibility regarding abrasion, temperature, and pressure.
A SIMPLE SOLUTION WITH POWERFUL CAPABILITIES
Combining a simple methodology and highly intelligent algorithms, our industrial measurement system reads your full pipe volume continuously and removes any noise or interference giving you precise process measurement data. An inline measurement instrument, the Red Meter takes continuous readings that are recorded and stored with our wifi-based cloud capabilities. The data can be used to perform a range of calculations by our integrated computer which are then displayed on screen and can be output to third party systems. Measurements include density, media pressure, flow rate and solids accumulator. Our disruptive technology aims to create a new standard for industrial measurement. This new standard breaks free of legacy limitations, breathing new life into industries and applications that are essential to our global economies.
REAL TIME READINGS
No sampling, statistics or theory - our precise readings happen in real time
Real-time, direct measurement +/- 0.25% of reading
Measurements taken at any pipe diameter, regardless of slurry noise or abrasion
NON NUCLEAR SOLUTION
Safe and reliable without the need for licenses, permits or specialist personnel
DRY & WET PROCESSES
Our simplicity allows us to be configured in both wet and dry processes
Interactive touch screen displays six measurement readings simultaneously
